Why I built it
Built by someone who's been on the agent's side of the desk.
For over a decade I built and ran websites for estate and letting agents across London and the South East. Some of those agents became good friends, and I heard the same frustration from every one of them.
Portals made people search harder. Buyers refreshed the same pages every night, and still missed the house at the end of their own road. Nobody was making the homes do the work.
So I built CopperFlash. Save what you want once, and every new listing is matched to you the moment it appears. Walk past a match and your phone taps you on the shoulder.
